THE ONE AND ONLY PRINCE IN THIS WORLD Alive. Alive. Alive. Everything was alive. These plants, this room, these people. He didn’t care about any of it. He rather the plants be old and mummified by this building so he could trace their life back to this time they were in right now. Why couldn’t he be here thousands of years in the future? He was just too early here. He felt like he was going insane. With the group of people he had to live with, he hadn’t really made many friends. Yvette seemed nice enough, but it wasn’t like he could just go running around throwing himself into bowling pins all the time. There were several who had interested, one of which included the snake charmer. There were many archaeological digs where there had been found symbols of snakes, snakes as symbols of the good, snakes as symbols of evil, snake charmers, snake gods, all sorts of things. Snake charming dated back to the Ancient Egyptians, and survived until even today. It was interesting how history could be studied now, to see how much the practice had changed since ancient times, how everything came to be the way it was today. Knowing history was knowing what they were, even if what they were was boring. However, such a talent that dated back so long ago peeked Hiro’s interest. So, in no way was Hiro searching for Kasima to ‘bump’ into the snake charmer just for a chance to meet him and see what he was like. That was not what Hiro was doing walking around the lobby looking like he was exploring, while staying in there, hoping that eventually a certain snake charmer would wander in and Hiro would not fake a ‘oh what a coincidence’ thing. At all. | ☁ |
