Lindsay wandered into the kitchen. When she left her room she hadn't intended to head to the kitchen. However boredom and food were bad company for the reporter. It is an exceptionally good thing that she had a fast metabolism and a lot of opportunity for exercise otherwise she would probably be fat. She sighed as she dug into a meal consisting of a turkey sandwich, some mashed potatoes and a shit ton of chocolate chip cookies.
She polished the meal off pretty quickly. However before she could leave she heard footsteps. Who could that possibly be? It was already past dinner. Unless somebody got hungry again or was really bored and just wandering around, the only other option was that somebody was planning or in the process of committing murder.
She looked towards the door and really hoped she wasn't spoiling somebodies murder plan.
(OOC: I hope you don't mind me starting the thread. It's not the best opening but hopefully it should work.)

Hmm... Why is she here?
Having finished her heavily dessert-oriented dinner, Zana had lounged in her room for the better part of an hour, vainly attempting to find sleep. The truth of the matter was that, despite the outward façade she maintained, the bear's words and rules- no, the Mastermind's words and rules - had shaken her. Yes, she had wounded people grievously before, but that had been in self-defence...
But there was no need to dwell on that matter at the moment; now she was confronted by a new difficulty. Her nightly stroll about her prison had led her to the kitchen, where, as she realised the moment she opened the door, the SHSL Reporter was... doing something, whatever it was.
They hadn't stayed that long at The Jail (she simply refused to call it Hotel Despair), and yet it seemed like someone had already fallen to the Mastermind's wiles. This was dangerous. An uncautious move, and she could become the first cadaver of many.
But wait! What if she was also suspected of murderous intentions? Well, they'd have to take her words on trust. There was nothing she could do to prove that she had simply come to the kitchen as part of a stroll to relieve her boredom.
"Hello! You're Lindsay, right? What are you doing here?"

"Nngh..." Kasima heard his stomach grumble. He didn't exactly know how long it was between his last meal and now, but he figured it must've been some time, since he was hungry again. Trying to avoid being in the line of sight from anybody, he snuck into the kitchen. He froze, however, when he heard voices in there. There were two girls, who are stuck in this place, just like Kasima. They seemed to be busy, so the Snake Charmer tried to sneak past them. If they caught him, then he'd have to cut his losses and just deal with it somehow. It was at that point that he managed to open the fridge and grab himself a small chocolate bar. The rules never said that he wasn't allowed to help himself to whatever was in the fridge. He then hid himself in a corner, away from the two girls and heartily bit into the chocolate with a grin on his face. Lindsay Hiiragi

Huh? What's this? That cute girl from before? She was the...Ultimate Daredevil? Something like that.
"Me? Oh uh...I was uh..having a little snack." She confessed with a shameful sigh. "Your Zana right? Zana...Grimoire? The Ultimate Daredevil? I really haven't done much research or coverage in extreme sports so forgive me for not knowing much about you. I would be very interested in hearing more about it! " She said slipping into her charming professional persona.
Out of the corner of her eye she spotted Kasima, the snake charmer.
"Kasima? I didn't see you come in. I would really like to hear more about you too. Since we are all stuck her anyway it couldn't hurt to get to know one another. And as a reporter I am naturally curious." Lindsay said.
The reporter was beginning to get excited. With two interesting people like them in the room, she couldn't imagine what could happen next!
(OOC: Sorry for the long absence here. I have been busy recently. I should be able to post more frequently now though.)
